1. RESERVATION
To formalize the registration for any course, activity or outing (hereinafter, “activity”), it is necessary to complete the registration process and make the corresponding payment.
The place is only considered confirmed once the indicated payment has been received (100% of the amount or down payment, as established for each activity). Once the payment has been made, the activity is duly reserved.
Once the payment has been received, an email or WhatsApp message will be sent to inform you of the confirmed place in the activity.
2. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE ORGANIZATION
In the event of a change of date due to adverse weather conditions, official alerts, administrative restrictions or other circumstances of force majeure, the reservation will remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months to carry out the activity on a new agreed date.
If the client cannot attend the new proposed date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
3. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT
Cancellations communicated with a minimum of 7 calendar days in advance before the activity will be entitled to a refund of 95% of the amount paid.
Cancellations communicated between 7 days and 48 hours before the activity will be entitled to a refund of 70% of the amount paid.
Cancellations communicated less than 48 hours in advance, as well as non-appearance at the activity without prior notice, will result in the loss of 100% of the amount paid, with no right to reimbursement.
4. HEALTH CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Participants declare that they are in adequate physical and health conditions to practice the activity.
Each participant is responsible for communicating any medical condition, injury or physical limitation that may affect the normal development of the activity.
The organization is not responsible for damages resulting from previous pathologies not communicated or from failure to comply with the instructions provided during the activity.
5. INSURANCE
The activity is covered by professional civil liability insurance and accident insurance, in accordance with current regulations.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participants assume responsibility for their travel to the meeting point and return.
The organization reserves the right to modify dates, times, routes or content of the activity for security reasons or causes of force majeure, always offering an equivalent alternative without penalty for the client.
The activities are carried out in a natural environment and may be conditioned by environmental or meteorological factors.
7. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data provided by the participants will be used exclusively for the management of the reservations and the development of the activity, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current regulations (see Privacy Policy).
8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS AND JURISDICTION
Making the reservation implies the full acceptance of these conditions.
Any controversy that may arise from the interpretation or application of these conditions will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals of Catalonia, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
