Exploring Catalonia step by step is a weekend activity to explore places in our region through nordic walking.

With poles as our travel companions, we'll walk step by step along paths, natural parks, and charming corners, combining healthy physical activity, nature, and discovering the landscapes of Catalonia.

The goal is to enjoy a complete experience:

• Health and well-being: a gentle and complete exercise like Nordic walking outdoors.
• Discovery and connection: places and landscapes in Catalonia that will surprise us.
• Companionship and vitality: sharing the journey with others in a warm and motivating environment.

Outings will be on Saturdays, Sundays, or even on entire weekends.
