WEEKLY Nordic Walking 2025 - 2026
Regularly nordic walking activity
Weekly Nordic walking practice groups. Sessions between 1.5 and 2 hours.
Do you want to be more aware of your walking? Are you sitting too much during the day? With Nordic walking you activate up to 90% of the muscles in your body.
You will release tension in your neck, shoulders, and back; you will increase your cardiopulmonary capacity, and you will improve flexibility, strength, and coordination.
All this while reducing stress and increasing your sense of well-being.
Moving at Nordic walking rhythm is more efficient and a true investment in your health!
The groups available for this year 2025 - 2026 that will start on September 29 and end on June 19 are the following:
- TUESDAY AFTERNOON 18:00 - 20:00 (medium level)
- THURSDAY AFTERNOON 18:00 - 19:30 (beginner-medium level) through CE Banyoles
If these groups don't suit you or you can come just one day, write to me to know all the possibilities.
All sessions take place around Banyoles and the meeting point is the pavilion in the Parc de la Draga.
Please note that after the time change in October, the activity will be done with a headlamp, except for the Tuesday morning group, so each person must bring their own head or body light or flashlight to be able to do the activity.
The goal is to improve Nordic walking technique and get healthy.
The structure of each session is as follows:
- 8-15 minutes of warm-up
- 55 minutes - 1.75 hours of walking and Nordic walking exercises
- 8-15 minutes of stretching
The fees for the activity are as follows, depending on the monthly, quarterly or annual payment option:
- 35€/month
- 95€/quarter (10% discount)
- 270€/year (15% discount)
Once you fill out the form you will obtain the data to make the transfer, your place will be confirmed once the payment has been made.
When the start date of the activity approaches, we will create a WhatsApp group with all the details.
The minimum number of people per group is 6 people.
