What is nordic walking?

Nordic walking consists of adding the active use of specific poles to the natural way of walking, with the aim that the poles help us in the impulse/propulsion forward while walking.

Nordic walking requires specific Nordic walking poles that have the differential feature of the strap (hand guard). Nordic walking, thanks to the strap, allows us to transfer the force of the arm to the pole and it sticks giving us an impulse/propulsion that allows us to move forward; walking becomes more efficient, you involve more muscles and improve your stride.

The continuous and planned practice of Nordic walking will transform it into a physical-sports activity.
